Sex-specific, soccer-specific training has long been a source of contention among soccer players and fans alike. I have been training athletes of all kinds for the last 3 decades and the benefits in favor of such training are innumerable! TuffGuy is NOT happy
TuffGuy is NOT happy! It's 42 mins after walk time, midnight! But I did 65 mins on the recumbent bike & a 1/2 hour with weights! Now walk?!
