Sex-specific, soccer-specific training has long been a source of contention among soccer players and fans alike. I have been training athletes of all kinds for the last 3 decades and the benefits in favor of such training are innumerable! The evidence is clear, soccer-specific strength and fitness training delivers and delivers in a big way.
